Hollywood Palladium strives to ensure that all of our guests have a great time at our venue. If you need additional assistance while you are here, please make sure you let us know.

Ticketing – You may purchase any ticket.  We accommodate all ADA seating requests at the door.

Accessible Stations – if you have questions or need assistance we can help you at our Guest Services station located in the lobby

Interpreter Requests – if you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call.

When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for interpreter services. Please call 323-962-7600 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.

Accommodations- all venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.

Security is onsite at every event. Security inspections upon entry include a pat down and bag check. Should a security emergency arise, please notify the nearest staff member.

Prohibited Items and Actions include:

Weapons of any kind (including pocketknives, pepper spray, fireworks, large chains, spiked jewelry, etc.), illegal substances, drugs or drug paraphernalia, moshing, crowd surfing or stage diving, open packs of cigarettes or unsealed tampons (upon entry), professional recording equipment – photo, video or audio (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or commercial use rigs), video cameras or audio recorders, outside food or beverages, glass, cans, cups, coolers, or candy, lights of any kind, LED gloves, glow sticks or massagers, pacifiers or dust masks, eye drops, markers or spray paint, stickers, flyers, banners or posters, balloons, balls, inflatable balls or frisbees, tents, umbrellas, chairs or blankets, stuffed animals or dolls (including plush backpacks), e-cigarettes, selfie sticks, sitting in standing room only areas, smoking inside of the venue and any item or action that challenges public safety.
